Integrity can be seen as quality of being truthful and having strong fundamental moral principles. It can be treated as a personal choice to oneself to consistently moral and ethical standards. It’s the key to success. A person with integrity has the ability to pull everything together, to make it all happen no matter how challenging the circumstances. The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively. Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values. The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office. To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.
